Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fs77 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available at fs77.vip and any related mobile or web applications operated by fs77 ("the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with fs77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by fs77 or self-excluded via the responsible gaming tools.
• You are not a current employee or immediate family member of an employee of fs77 or any of its technology, payment, or games supply partners.
• The funds you deposit and use on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any unlawful activity.

fs77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and the source of funds at any point during the customer relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of fs77 services — including sports betting markets, live casino, slot games, and all deposit and withdrawal functionality — you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a false identity, another person's details, or any fictitious information during registration.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the fs77 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where fs77 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered account may be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. fs77 will treat all activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the fs77 support team immediately.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never store your password in a browser on a shared device or communicate it via messaging apps.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by fs77 when prompted.

fs77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, alongside proof of your registered mobile number and payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the fs77 compliance team may be restricted until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the fs77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fs77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. fs77 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the fs77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, and event type selected. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI and Test matches involving Bangladesh Tigers and other international teams — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the fs77 Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All bets are final once confirmed. fs77 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where fs77 determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or a clearly erroneous price. In such cases, fs77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. The decision of fs77 on all matters relating to bet settlement, including the determination of results, is final.

• Minimum bet stakes and maximum payout limits vary by sport, market, and event — refer to the relevant market page for current limits.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability at the time of placement. fs77 cannot guarantee continuous in-play market availability.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or suspended sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that sport. Typically, pre-match bets on an abandoned match are voided and stakes returned.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certificates are maintained by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe). fs77 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Bonuses credited to your fs77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, minimum odds, and validity period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• Each promotion is available only once per eligible account, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fs77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, permanent banning from the Platform, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with fs77.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds connected to any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by fs77.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or coordination to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system, including through arbitrage, coordinated group play, or multi-accounting for bonus harvesting.

Account Suspension & Closure

fs77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The identity information provided during registration cannot be verified to fs77's satisfaction.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• fs77 is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• The account holder has been identified as a minor.

You may request the voluntary closure of your fs77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fs77 will process the closure promptly. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements and deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed by fs77 due to a breach of these Terms, no obligation to return funds held in the account arises where those funds are connected to the prohibited activity in question. fs77's decision regarding the disposition of funds in a suspended or closed account is final, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The fs77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fs77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability and the accuracy of information displayed — including odds, game information, and account balances — fs77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and occasional unplanned downtime may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fs77 shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from platform downtime during a live betting event, a delay in payment processing, or a technical fault in a game that interrupts play.

fs77's total aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate and not to each individual incident.

Amendments to These Terms

fs77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform functionality, payment methods, or operational policies. When material changes are made to these Terms, fs77 will endeavour to notify registered members via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the fs77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account by contacting the fs77 support team. fs77 also reserves the right to amend its specific game rules, bonus terms, betting rules, and payment policies. Such changes will be published in the relevant sections of the Platform and will take effect as notified.
